How long does my hair need to be for sugaring?
Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice — about 1/8 inch or longer. If it’s your first time or you’ve been shaving, wait 10–14 days before your appointment for best results.
Does sugaring hurt?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but most clients find sugaring far gentler than traditional waxing. It sticks to the hair, not your skin, which means less irritation and fewer ouch moments.
Is sugaring safe for sensitive skin or medical conditions?
Absolutely. Sugaring is all-natural and ideal for sensitive skin. That said, if you’re on medications like Accutane or using retinol, let me know ahead of time so we can adjust as needed.
Do you sugar men too?
Yes! I welcome all clients. I offer back, chest, shoulders, legs, and facial sugaring for men. If you’re unsure what you need or have any questions, just ask — I’m here to help.
What makes sugaring better than waxing?
Sugaring uses a natural paste made from sugar, lemon, and water — no chemicals or resins. It’s applied at body temperature and removes hair in the direction of growth, which means fewer ingrown hairs, less breakage, and smoother results.

How should I prep for my appointment?
Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils. Light exfoliation 24 hours before your appointment can help lift dead skin and improve your results.
How long do results last?
Sugaring removes hair from the root, so most people stay smooth for 3–4 weeks. With consistent appointments, hair grows back finer and slower over time.
