Before you come
Don't shave your arms for 10 to 14 days, and skip the lotion on the day.
About 30 minutes
Both arms, top and bottom, from the shoulders to the wrists and hands.
Afterwards
Give it 24 hours before the gym, the pool or the hot tub.

The studio is in Sardis, Chilliwack. I work by appointment only, and you'll get the address and directions with your booking confirmation. Clients come from Sardis, Vedder, Promontory, Yarrow, Greendale, Rosedale, and even as far as Hope and Agassiz.
